Overview

Amoura Dahabiya Nile Cruise 4 Days

General Information:

The Dahabiya, meaning "golden one" in Arabic, is a large sailing vessel with two expansive lateen sails. Historically, archaeologists and wealthy adventurers traveled through Egypt along the Nile in these boats, much like the ancient Egyptians did. Today's Dahabiyas are replicas of the original boats but come equipped with modern amenities. The Dahabiya Nile Cruise offers a nostalgic journey back to the golden age of travel.

The Amoura Dahabiya Nile cruise boat is designed to provide privacy and luxurious accommodation on a smaller vessel, allowing you to explore the treasures of the Nile Valley between Luxor and Aswan. The Amoura Cruise departs every Friday from Aswan to Luxor for a 4-day/3-night journey.

Features:

Launched in 2008 and renovated in 2017, Amoura offers:
- Daily guided trips and airport transfers with pickup and drop-off services.
- Licensed tour guides during excursions, qualified drivers, and modern transportation.
- Full board meals including daily lunch, dinner, and breakfast.
- Onboard amenities including a salon and bar with comfortable seating, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, free internet access, a library, and board games.

Onboard, you can choose from cabins with either a large bed or twin beds (all six cabins have river views), and there is also one suite with a terrace facing the river. Each cabin is equipped with:
